My Faith…

Faith.

Such a simple word but filled with so many meanings.

If faith is a blind trust in something that cannot be tangibly seen, how many of us have faith?

How many of us believe in something greater than ourselves?

Conversion

Conversion is a big word.

It is a word that can seem nerve-racking. It leads us to think of some big reawakening or realization.

True, these are a part of what takes place in conversion, but this word also means change.

It is a change that leads us closer to God. A change that we have to seek and will.

Why do we want this change?

Because it leads us closer and closer to that which we all desire.

Happiness and Love.

Catholic

I am Catholic.

I am not ashamed of this.

My Catholic faith has played an immense role in the inspiration of my book writing and novels.

You might be wondering how or why…

The first reason is that the Catholic faith has the Eucharist. If you don’t know who that is, feel free to ask me or delve deeper into your own research.

The second reason is that the Catholic faith has the most beautiful love story of all.

What?

Yes, it’s true. It is the story between Christ and the Church.

It is the main inspiration of my book series, The Prince & the Girl.

Love

The biggest reason why my faith is so important to me is because of Love.

I’m not talking about the cheap kind of love.

I’m talking about the honest, beautiful, sacrificial, inspirational, true love that every girl dreams about in her future husband.

It’s not just girls that dream about this kind of love. Everyone does. In some way everyone desires to obtain this kind of love for themselves.

Society has told us that love hinges upon sexuality, pleasure, and doing whatever we want. In the end, this kind of love always leaves us empty and wanting more.

Why?

Because you’re right. You are empty and want more. That longing within you can only be fulfilled by the type of love that Christ offers.

True Love.

“Be who God meant you to be, and

you will set the world on fire.”
